The Hanni is a belted faux fur slide finished with horsebit hardware — the detail that dresses the whole thing up. Underneath it's our padded PU footbed and cushioned arch support, on a durable non-slip rubber outsole. Made to go outside as well as in — best kept to dry days.

- Spot clean only. Faux fur isn't water-friendly — please don't soak these, machine wash them or put them in the dryer. Blot marks with a barely damp cloth, let them air dry away from heat, then brush the pile back up with your fingers or a soft brush.

Most of ours are true to size — take your usual. They come in whole sizes only, and the half-size rule differs by style: some round down, some round up.
The Fit line just under the size picker always shows the rule for the style you're looking at. That's the one to trust. Still unsure? Email customerservice@soleisea.com and we'll tell you what to order.
The footbed is contoured, so it holds your foot rather than letting it slide forward — most people find they mold to the foot after a few wears. If you have a narrow foot and wear a half size, size down rather than up.
Sale items are final sale. Anything showing a strikethrough price — including everything in a warehouse sale — can't be returned, exchanged or credited. Please choose your size carefully, and email us or use the chat if you're between sizes — we'd much rather help you get it right before you order.
Full-price orders: we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
We're also unable to accept returns on international orders, or on items that are worn or missing packaging.
We currently ship via USPS Mail, which takes 1–7 business days once it leaves our Florida warehouse. If you’re in a rush, select priority shipping or email us at customerservice@soleisea.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.
