What if I'm a half-size? Should I order up or down?
If you find your best fit is usually a half size, we recommend you purchase the size up.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is in stock. You will pay for the item when you place your pre-order online and it will ship out to you as soon as the inventory arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Soléi Sea ships to over 65 countries.
How fast will I get my order?
Domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2 – 5 business days. International orders arrive anywhere between 7 – 15 business days. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders ship Monday through Saturday.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from our sunny Florida location.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Should you need to return or exchange your order, you have 14 days to return unworn merchandise for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Can I get my Soléi's wet?
Yes! Your Soléi's are water resistant. Don't worry about sweaty feet. Also, you can wear them to the ocean or lake without worry. Best of all, if they get dirty you can clean them easily with some mild soap and water.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes. We strongly believe in saving the earth and our resources for future generations. We are an eco-minded company. Our sandals are made from Vegan Leather, our soft rubber outsoles are eco-friendly and made with post consumer recycled compounds. We use minimal and recycled packaging materials with our products and practice sustainability in our lifestyles.
