Solei Sea Returns

RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges must be requested before mailing back your items. Please e-mail customerservice@soleisea.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number in your e-mail.

Once you receive your RA# please mail your return or exchange to:

Please put a note in the package to tell us if you are looking to return or exchange your items. If you are exchanging, please let us know the new product name, color, and size you would like. 

All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition, unworn with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges should be sent back in the original packaging. Soléi Sea will process your return credit or send out your exchange once the items are received and inspected at our Florida location.

Soléi Sea is unable to pay the shipping cost for returns but will cover the shipping cost back to the customer on an exchange.

 
We are able to process returns and exchanges on soleisea.com orders only. If you wish to return or exchange a pair bought in a store, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. 

All sale items are final sale.

Items purchased on sale, in a mystery box, or on a special discount day are final sale only.
