Returns and Exchanges



RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Soléi Sea, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. 

To start a return, please log in to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL

We offer a 15-day exchange or refund policy from the date of receiving your item. 

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for eligible items in your order later by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee at the time of purchase, there is no additional charge to ship your item(s) back to us.

If you do not select the free returns option at the time of purchase, you will be subject to the market-rate return shipping fee if you ship your item(s) back to us for a return or exchange. 

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. 

To initiate a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • All tags, including the hangtag and any attached white string, must remain intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag and any additional accessories such as the hair tie.
  • All refunds and exchanges must be processed through the portal. 

Please note that we will not accept RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES without the original packaging attached. No exceptions will be made to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any returns based on these terms. 

We cannot accept returns for orders outside the USA or for Final Sale items.

STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN:

To start a return, please log in to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow the steps to request your return. 

  • Repackage your item in the original shipping materials (if available) and mail it back to us using the shipping label provided from the portal.
  • Once your return or exchange label is scanned at USPS (or other shipping method noted on your return label), your refund or exchange will begin processing.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once your package is scanned by the shipper. The refund will be issued automatically, and you will receive a confirmation via email. 
  • Soléi Sea does not charge a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

To start an exchange, please visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow the steps to request an exchange.

  • Repackage your item(s) in the original shipping materials (if available) and mail them back to us using the shipping label provided in the portal.
  • Once your return is scanned by USPS (or any other shipping method noted on your return label), your exchange will begin processing, and your new package will begin shipping.

DAMAGES & WARRANTY ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

For defects and damages, please select "Item Arrived Damaged" in the RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow instructions. You can choose a refund or a replacement at that time.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We are unable to accept returns for online Sale items, Final Sale items, or Gift Cards. 
  • Used, worn goods, or anything missing its original packaging will not be accepted. 
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA.
  • We can process returns and exchanges for orders placed on soleisea.com only. If you wish to return or exchange a pair purchased in a store, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you by email when your refund is processed. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
