RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Soléi Sea, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders outside the USA and Final Sale items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps to Request a Return: 

  • To start a return, please log into your account and go through the steps in the portal to request your return. 
  • Please be advised that Soléi Sea DOES NOT pay for return shipping costs, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • If your return request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • After your return has been inspected, refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. It can take 10 days for us to process and refund a return, and you will automatically be refunded.

Upon receipt, your return will be inspected, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process and refund your return, and the refund will be issued automatically.


Exchanges

  • To start an exchange, please log into your account and follow the steps in the portal to request your exchange. 
  • Please note that Soléi Sea DOES NOT pay the return shipping costs, and we do not charge a restocking fee. 
  • If your exchange request is approved, we will email you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive and process your original items, we will proceed with sending out the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For the fastest service, we prefer you email us at customerservice@soleisea.com; we can help! 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We are unable to take returns on Final Sale items or gift cards. 
  • Used, worn goods or anything missing its original packaging will not be accepted. 
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA.
  • We are able to process returns and exchanges on soleisea.com orders only. If you wish to return or exchange a pair bought in a store, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
