RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Soléi Sea, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return or exchange policy extends for 15 days from the date of receiving your item. Please note that online Sale Items or orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • All tags, including the hangtag and any attached white string, must remain intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag and any additional accessories such as the hair tie.

Please note that we will not accept RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES without the original packaging attached. No exceptions will be made to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any returns based on these terms.

STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN:

To start a return, please log into our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and go through the steps in the portal to request your return. 

  • Please be advised that Soléi Sea does not pay for the cost of the return shipping and we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Repackage your item in the original shipping supplies and mail it back to us with the shipping label provided.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 10 days for us to process and refund a return. The refund will be issued automatically, and you will receive a confirmation via email.

EXCHANGES

To start an exchange, please RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow the steps in the portal to request your exchange. 

  • Please note that Soléi Sea DOES NOT pay the return shipping costs, and we do not charge a restocking fee. 
  • Once we receive and process your original items, we will proceed with sending out the exchange.

DAMAGES & WARRANTY ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.

For defects and damages please submit a Warranty Claim through our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL and follow instructions.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We are unable to take returns on online Sale items or gift cards. 
  • Used, worn goods or anything missing its original packaging will not be accepted. 
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the USA.
  • We are able to process returns and exchanges on soleisea.com orders only. If you wish to return or exchange a pair bought in a store, please get in touch with the retailer from which you purchased the item. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
