Not exactly! Many of our fur slippers run small. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For example, if you're usually an 8.5, go with a 9.

We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Heads up: We can’t accept returns on sale items, international orders, or items that are worn or missing packaging.
We currently ship via USPS Mail, which takes 2–7 business days once it leaves our Florida warehouse. If you’re in a rush, select priority shipping or email us at customerservice@soleisea.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.
