Soléi Sea is made in whole sizes only, US 6–11. If you wear a half size, size up — a 7.5 takes an 8.

Every pair is built to a standard width — not narrow, not wide. If you have a wider foot, size up. If you have a narrow foot and wear a half size, size down.

The exceptions

Four styles run small. For Rafie, Gisel and Gigi, size up a full size: if you wear an 8, take a 9. Half sizes round up too — an 8.5 takes a 10.

Averie also runs small — size up a full size — but half sizes round to the nearest whole: an 8.5 takes a 9.

Three styles take a half size DOWN. On Venetta and Izzie (Salt & Pepper, Chocolate), a 7.5 takes a 7 — both run roomy, and the Izzie is deliberately oversized and very soft. Nottie also takes a 7.5 down to a 7, but for the opposite reason: it fits closer to the foot than the rest of the range, so we don't recommend sizing up on it.

Do your sandals run true to size?

Not exactly! Many of our sandals run small—especially our Brazilian-made styles like Rafie, Gisel, and Gigi. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For example, if you're usually an 8.5, go with a 9.

Can I get my Soléis wet?

Yes! Your Soléis are water resistant. Don't worry about sweaty feet. Also, you can wear them to the ocean or lake without worry. Best of all, if they get dirty you can clean them easily with some mild soap and water.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer returns, exchanges, and store credit within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Heads up: We can’t accept returns on sale items, international orders, or anything worn or missing packaging.

Can I get my order faster?

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2–3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. If you’re in a rush, email us at customerservice@soleisea.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 65 countries. Please note: all international orders are final sale—we’re unable to process returns or exchanges outside the U.S.
