Not exactly! Many of our sandals run small—especially the Rafie, Gisel, and Gigi. For these three styles, we recommend sizing up a full size. For all other styles, we recommend half-size wearers to size up.

Yes! Many of our vegan leather sandals are water-resistant. Don't worry about sweaty feet. Also, you can wear them to the ocean or lake without worry. Best of all, if they get dirty, you can clean them easily with some mild soap and water.
Faux fur and denim products are not water-friendly.
We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Heads up: We can’t accept returns on sale items, international orders, or items that are worn or missing packaging.
