A few rules of thumb: Rafie, Gisel and Gigi run small — size up a full size. Our newer slipper styles come in whole sizes only, so if you wear a half size, size down (a 7.5 takes a 7).

Yes! Many of our vegan leather sandals are water-resistant. Don't worry about sweaty feet. Also, you can wear them to the ocean or lake without worry. Best of all, if they get dirty, you can clean them easily with some mild soap and water.
Faux fur and denim products are not water-friendly.
Sale items are final sale. Anything showing a strikethrough price — including everything in a warehouse sale — can't be returned, exchanged or credited. Please choose your size carefully, and email us or use the chat if you're between sizes — we'd much rather help you get it right before you order.
Full-price orders: we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
We're also unable to accept returns on international orders, or on items that are worn or missing packaging.
We ship via USPS mail from our Florida location. Delivery takes 1–7 business days once it leaves our warehouse. If you’re in a rush, please select priority shipping. Bigger rush? Email us at customerservice@soleisea.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.
