Not exactly! Many of our sandals run small—especially our Brazilian-made styles like Rafie, Gisel, and Gigi. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For example, if you're usually an 8.5, go with a 9.

Yes! Your Soléis are water resistant. Don't worry about sweaty feet. Also, you can wear them to the ocean or lake without worry. Best of all, if they get dirty you can clean them easily with some mild soap and water.
We offer returns, exchanges, and store credit within 15 days of receiving your order (U.S. only). Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging (dust bag, hair tie, etc.). Start your return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Heads up: We can’t accept returns on sale items, international orders, or anything worn or missing packaging.
We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2–3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. If you’re in a rush, email us at customerservice@soleisea.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping when possible.
